Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Microsoft Q&A is public, and we can only provide information. It is beyond our capability to assist directly with the account or login-related issues.

Please know that if a Microsoft account is hacked and the email address is changed, the account is essentially lost and cannot be recovered. In this case, the Account Recovery Form will no longer work.

If you haven’t already, you can try using the Microsoft Self-help tool.

You can also use the Xbox recovery form here:

Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

If you believe your account has been hacked and you can't access it due to changed security information, the best course of action is to follow the official recovery process provided by Microsoft. Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form: Go to the account recovery form and fill it out with as much accurate information as possible. This includes any old passwords, purchase information, and device usage details.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: If the recovery form does not work, you can try to contact Microsoft Support directly. You can do this by searching for "Get Help" in your Windows search bar, typing "Chat with an agent," and following the prompts to connect with a live agent.
    3. Provide Detailed Information: When you reach a support agent, provide them with all relevant details about your account and the changes that have occurred. This will help them assist you better.
    4. Check for Additional Support: If you are unable to recover your account through the standard methods, consider reaching out to specific support channels related to any services linked to your Microsoft account, such as gaming or other subscriptions.

Following these steps should help you regain access to your account or at least get in touch with someone who can assist you further.
