Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories
Dear Marta Fernandez Arias,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, you would like to permanently remove TeamsMaestro. In most cases, removing the app from your Teams apps list is sufficient. However, if TeamsMaestro was added to meetings that were created before the app was removed, it may still continue to appear in those meetings.
The most effective way to ensure TeamsMaestro is fully removed is at the tenant level.
If you (or your IT administrator) have the appropriate admin rights, you can block or remove the app via the Microsoft Teams Admin Center:
- Go to Teams Admin Center
- Search for TeamsMaestro
-
- Set the app status to Blocked
-
This prevents the app from joining any future meetings. For meetings that were already scheduled, you may also need to open the meeting invitation and remove TeamsMaestro manually, then save and send the update.
Please let me know if you need further assistance or clarification.
