I deleted from their computer. I don't want them to have access to it. It is my intellectual property.

I am locked out of my excel workbook. I cannot auto save it and have to enable editing and save as copy. It's my workbook, I made it, but I emailed it to myself and accessed on a work computer to print. Now it's giving me issues. Also, for all the money this company is worth, why is it so hard to reach an actual human being? I've spent thrice the effort to do this as a phone call would have taken.

The symptoms most likely indicate Protected View from opening an emailed file; save a trusted copy to an approved location, close the attachment, and then reopen that new copy rather than continuing to work from the email attachment.
Since Enable Editing and Save a Copy alone have not resolved it:
.xlsx as .xlsx..xlsm if the workbook contains macros.Email attachments and files opened from Internet or potentially unsafe locations can be placed in Protected View, where editing is disabled until the file is trusted. Microsoft also notes that copying errors or file damage can trigger validation warnings.^1^
Being able to edit and being able to use AutoSave are different issues. AutoSave is normally available when the workbook is stored on OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, or SharePoint Online. It remains disabled for a local path such as C:\, an email attachment, a file server, or another unsupported storage service.^2^
If you want AutoSave:
.xls.If cloud storage is not permitted on the work computer, save manually with Ctrl+S in an approved location instead.
Note the exact warning shown in Excel:
In that case, open the original on your personal computer and create a fresh copy there, or ask workplace IT for an approved way to print it. Avoid disabling Protected View globally on a work-managed device.
