Hello, I am using the new Outlook, and only the past month is showing in the inbox. I have no filters on my mail. Online, all emails show. I have a mac.

Advice?

    Hi @Emily Vogt

I understand how concerning it can be when older emails suddenly disappear from the Inbox.

Since all emails are still visible in Outlook on the web, they have not been deleted. The issue is likely related to synchronization in the Outlook app on your Mac.

    Please try the following:

    • In Outlook, select Help > Check for Updates and install any available updates.
    • In the Inbox, select Filter and make sure All is selected.
    • Restart Outlook and your Mac.
    • If the issue remains, remove the email account from Outlook and add it again to rebuild the local synchronization.

Before removing the account, please confirm that all important emails are available online. Also, could you let us know whether you are using an Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, Gmail, or another email account?
