Device is using Windows 11 but the BIOS version is not possible to change after version 22H2 depreciated on expiry from October 2024. Solutions are possible to fix issues on an eligible device. Can I try to update and fix an issue on a mobile tablet?

    Hi ,

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Welcome to the Microsoft Windows Community.

Good afternoon. Why do you need to update your device's BIOS? If Windows is working properly and the computer is not experiencing any issues—and the manufacturer has not recommended an update (if they had, a version would be available)—then it may not be necessary.

If you are encountering a problem, please share a screenshot showing your device's specifications. You can do this by pressing Win+R, typing msinfo32, and hitting Enter; then, use Win+Shift+S to take a screenshot.

    Looking forward to your reply.
