i am trying to downloading the official windows 11 ISO from the microsoft website,but i keep getting error code 715-123130.

I have also tried using the Media Creation Tool, but it gives me the error 0xC1900500-0x20000.

Could you please provide a temporary direct download link for the official Windows 11 ISO(Russian x64)
