Hi. I have been informed that my Mircosoft Office account has expired, despite my payments being up to date. May it please be possible to look into this?

Thank you.

If you received an e-mail, it could be a phishing attempt.

You can find out the status of your account, or more precisely of your subscription, yourself by signing in to your account.
