"Will i have any problems upgrading from windows 7-11 ?"
A few:
1- Upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 11 is not supported.
2- The free upgrade from Windows 7 SP1 to Windows 10 ended long ago.
3- Microsoft stopped selling Windows 10 on January 31, 2023. By now there are no remaining legitimate copies of Windows 10 in stores.
4- A computer old enough to have originally shipped with Windows 7 (or earlier) doesn't have the hardware needed for Windows 11. While it may be physically possible to install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware, it's not a good idea since you'll have problems from the very beginning.
Use your Windows 7 computer as a media server or to play old-school games, which are still plenty of fun. Just don't connect it to the internet.
