Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hello Kelly C,
If you still have access to classic Outlook for Windows, you may be able to export the calendar directly to a CSV file without uploading your calendar data to a third-party converter:
- Open classic Outlook.
- Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
- Select Export to a file, then choose Comma Separated Values.
- Select the Calendar folder you want to export.
- Choose a save location and complete the export.
You can then open the CSV file in Excel and rearrange or remove columns as needed.
If you only have access to new Outlook, could you confirm whether this is a personal Outlook.com account or a work/school Microsoft 365 account? The available export and calendar-publishing options may depend on the account type and the organization’s sharing policies.
For calendars containing private or work-related information, I would avoid uploading the ICS file to an external conversion website. Thank you so much for your understanding.
