Can not receive any emails with my outlook account

got hacked earlier on in the week, logged out and reset password, thought everything was ok, last 48 hours ive been able to send emails but not receive any

    Hello,

    I will walk through a few steps with you. Some of these are just to help figure out what is wrong, not to fix it right away. So if nothing changes after a step, that is normal. I will keep going until we solve it.

    Please send from one of your other email accounts to this problematic account. Let me know if you get a bounceback message - and post the same completely.
