Hello Charles,
The $152.25 charge may be linked to another Microsoft account, a family member’s purchase, a delayed payment, or an unauthorized use of the card.
First, please follow the steps in How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft. This can help identify whether the charge is connected to a Microsoft purchase or subscription under another account.
If you still cannot find the charge, check your Order history and Services & subscriptions for every Microsoft account used by you or your family, including any Xbox accounts.
Note: If you believe the card was used without permission, contact your bank immediately to dispute the charge and ask whether the card should be blocked or replaced.
If the payment still cannot be identified, contact Microsoft Support so they can check the charge and confirm whether it is linked to a Microsoft product, subscription, or another account. Provide the charge amount, transaction date, and the exact description shown on your bank statement. This is a user-to-user forum, so no one here can access your billing details or view the transaction.
For billing support, please go to https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact, enter your problem and select Get Help. Then scroll down and select Sign in to contact Support to be routed to the appropriate support option.
Tips:
- Support chat availability may vary by country/region, product, and support hours. If you can't get in touch with a chat agent right away, trying again later or at a different time may help.
- If the support page directs you to the automated assistant, type “I need a live agent” in the chat.
Hopefully your issue will be sorted out soon. Thank you so much for your patience!
