    Hi Debbie,

Can you try signing in at https://outlook.live.com from your phone's browser?

If you can access your emails there, the issue is probably with the Outlook app. Try going to Outlook > Settings > Select your account > Reset Account.

One quick question: are you completely locked out, or can you sign in but some emails are missing?

If you can't sign in at all, Microsoft's recovery tool might help: https://aka.ms/sign-in-helper

    Hello Debbie Reed,

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm glad you were able to access your emails through the browser. I'm sorry you're still having trouble with the Outlook app.

Since you couldn't find the Reset Account option mentioned earlier, let's try a different approach using your phone's settings instead:

    1. Open Settings on your Android phone.
    2. Tap Apps, then find and select Outlook.
    3. Tap Storage or Storage & cache.
    4. Select Clear cache (not Clear data or Clear storage).
    5. Reopen Outlook and check whether your emails appear.

This clears temporary app files without removing your account or emails.

Microsoft also recommends clearing the app cache when troubleshooting Outlook for Android: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/install-mobile/troubleshoot-outlook-mobile-issues

If you're still having trouble, please let me know what happens when you reopen Outlook, and we'll take it from there.
