Large font on emails in Microsoft Outlook Mobile on Samsung

have a Samsung Flip 5 mobile phone and for awhile now when using OUTLOOK mobile the text size has got rather large on all my emails in when opening them and I cannot find a way to reduce it.

Hi,

Please try to change the default font and size in Outlook on the web.

Please make sure that you close your Outlook app on your phone.
Go to Outlook on the web and open Settings (gear icon), then go to Mail > Compose.
Under Message format, you can customize your preferred font, size, and text style.
Click the drop-down arrow beside the font size to view all available font sizes.
After making your changes, select Save at the bottom of the page to apply them.
Open the Outlook app on your phone and check whether the changes took effect.

Capture If it does not change, try changing your phone's display font size.

If it still doesn't change, please log out of your account, then log back in.

If it is still the same, please try clearing the cache and data of the app. Please note that this will log you out of your account in the Outlook app.

I understand that the solutions above did not resolve your issue. Please let me know what happened when you tried these solutions. May I ask if you have tried to sign in on a different device to see if you have the same issue? This will help isolate the issue.

So is your recommendation too put Outlook Mobile onto a different device and have it logged in to my accounts?

Those instructions would make things change on the font for composing an email not the font that shows up when opening an email and that is where I have my problem on my Outlook mobile app

The provided instructions it appears to be just for changing the font on composing an email and that is not where I'm having my difficulty. When I open a on Outlook Mobile that is where the size of the font is giant. I can pinch it and make it even larger but I can't make it smaller.

I see. Thank you for your response. Have you tried clearing the cache and data of the Outlook app?
If possible, can you try to take a screenshot of a sample email where the font size is larger and upload it here? Make sure to remove or hide any credentials or important information in the screenshot.
