    Hi @Ren Babcock

I understand how concerning it is to find your contacts missing after updating Microsoft 365. Since they are still visible on your phone, they may still be stored in your email account or phone contact service.

First, sign in to the web version of the same email account and open People. If the contacts appear there, open Outlook on your Mac, select People, and check All Contacts and the Contacts folder under each added account.

Also, in Outlook, select Outlook > Settings > Display, then enable Show On My Computer folders. This will reveal contacts that may have been stored locally before the update.

If the contacts are available online but still missing from the Mac, you can reset the affected account through Tools > Accounts > Manage > Reset Account. Please note that resetting removes information that has not synchronized with the server, so confirm the contacts are available online first.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.
