To better understand your situation, could you please confirm whether you're sending from a personal @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, or another email provider such as Gmail? Also, does the error occur when sending a simple message containing only a few words, without attachments, links, or a signature, to a single recipient? Finally, when did the problem first appear, and were you previously able to send messages normally?

Please try sending the same simple message directly through your email provider's website, using https://outlook.live.com/mail/ if you have a Microsoft email account, or your provider's webmail service otherwise. If it is also rejected through the website, this would suggest that the problem is related to server-side filtering rather than the Outlook application itself.
