Account lockout

Ive ran around and around the darn recovery options, it keeps saying acount recovery has been blocked and i cant do anything about it. I really dont know what else i can do considering ive done the reinstatement, recovery options, ive lost all my progress, thousands of dollars and hours to this and frankly i really would like some HUMAN assistance instead of ai... no one wants all this Ai stuff the big company's keep shoving down out throats. Atop of ai the forms are hardly helpful, i mean who thought that anyone would want a ROBOT over a human... shame.
