Pin reset won't work and AI Support doesn't help

I'm completely logged out of my windows, because I forgot the pin. I can't reset, I can't troubleshoot, I can't do anything at all. Even the option don't appear to help. As for the Support Assistant I can't even talk to it because it results to an like this:

Chat stream request failed: 500 - {"error":"Request headers must contain only ASCII characters."}

So now I absolutely don't know what to do I tried everything from my phone by changing password but for some reason I can't change the pin which is frustrating.

I really need human help from Microsoft or else I don't know what to do.
