I have installed Office 2019 on Macbook Air but while starting, it says that Microsoft Excel or Word is not activated. I tried many times but it says product key already used whereas I have opened the box and installed the product key by myself. Tried to contact Microsoft customer support in UAE but after recording finishes, the call gets disconnected,

If your version of Office is 2019, after the July update, it is no longer possible to use that version of Office on an Apple Mac because it is no longer possible to update the security certificates on that version of Office.
