Hello,

I was scheduled to take the SC-300 exam, but my proctor revoked the session during check-in because my last name was accidentally duplicated on my Learn profile. The proctor instructed me to correct the name and reschedule within a 4-hour window.

I successfully updated my profile, but Pearson VUE's system now blocks me and marks my discount voucher (ending in C54D) as expired/used. I contacted Pearson VUE Live Chat, and they explicitly instructed me to contact the voucher provider, as they do not have the technical ability to reinstate it on their end.

Could you please assist in reactivating my voucher or providing a replacement so I can complete my exam?
