    Hi Ms. Lamia,

Good day. The option you are looking for is part of Windows Spotlight, which displays daily wallpapers along with interesting facts about the places shown. Let's try enabling it again.

    1. Press Windows + I to open Settings.
    2. Go to Personalization > Lock screen.
    3. Under Personalize your lock screen, select Windows Spotlight.
    4. Turn on Get fun facts, tips, tricks, and more on your lock screen, if the option is available.

Lock your laptop by pressing Windows + L and check whether the Spotlight information and feedback options reappear.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Jhun

Set the lock screen to Windows spotlight again.

    1. Open Start > Settings > Personalization > Lock screen.
    2. Under Personalize your lock screen, select Windows spotlight.
    3. Turn on Get Fun Facts, Tips, Tricks, and More on Your Lock Screen.
    4. If wanted, turn on Show the lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen so the same image appears there too.

Windows spotlight is the feature that shows rotating images and can display tips, fun facts, and other content on the lock screen. That matches the behavior described with place information and extra content.

If the desktop background also changed after the update, Windows spotlight can display a different image on the lock screen and desktop background every day.
