Microsoft Office Restoration Request

I purchased my laptop on July 14, 2025, with Microsoft Office included from Amazon Store (screenshot below). On July 16, 2026, I subscribed to Microsoft 365 for use on my other computer, but the subscription was also installed on my purchased laptop.

I canceled my Microsoft 365 subscription in October 2026. However, my understanding is that canceling the subscription should not affect the original Microsoft Office product that was included with my laptop purchase.

Therefore, I kindly request that you restore my original Microsoft Office product that came with the laptop, without requiring me to renew or purchase another subscription.

    Had you activated the original Office license? If so, log into https://account.microsoft.com/services using the account you used to activate the Office license and you should see it there, with an Install button next to it.
