A Microsoft service that provides website owners with tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize their site's performance in Bing search results.
Request a human domain-level serving review on one existing Bing Webmaster Support ticket, because only Bing Support can inspect why URLs reported as indexed are not being served publicly; do not submit another indexing request or repeat the crawl checks already completed.^1^
Update the strongest existing ticket
Reply to the ticket that has a confirmation or case number and use wording such as:
Request: human engineer review of domain-level search serving
www.maineluxurylistings.comwas publicly visible before September 17, 2026. Since that date, the entire domain has received zero Bing web impressions and cannot be found by exact brand/domain searches.Bing Webmaster Tools still reports 357 indexed URLs. URL Inspection reports “Indexed successfully,” the live test succeeds, and all sitemaps process successfully. Robots and blocked-URL checks have already been completed.
Please escalate this to a Bing Webmaster engineer and review whether the indexed URLs are eligible to be served in Bing search results, including any domain-level serving, canonical-host, quality, trust, security, or policy state not exposed in Webmaster Tools.
Please confirm separately:
- Whether the canonical host selected by Bing is
www.maineluxurylistings.com.- Whether the domain or homepage is currently eligible to be served.
- Whether any corrective action is required from the site owner or BoldTrail.
- Whether the September 17 cutoff corresponds to a Bing-side domain reevaluation or processing event.
Attach:
- A screenshot or export showing impressions dropping to zero on September 17.
- The URL Inspection result for the homepage and one representative area page.
- Site Explorer’s indexed count.
- Sitemap processing status.
- Exact-brand and exact-URL searches showing no result.
- The dates and IDs of the other four tickets, asking that they be consolidated.
A closely matching Microsoft Q&A case recommends keeping the existing request open and explicitly asking for a human/domain-level review when a whole domain remains indexed but is not served.^2^ If the support workflow is still automated, explicitly request a human engineer; a similar accepted answer reports that wording can result in assignment to a Global Support Webmaster Engineer.^3^
There is no Webmaster Tools control that can force already-indexed URLs to be served. URL Inspection confirms processing/index status, not guaranteed search visibility.^3^
What the evidence establishes—and does not establish
- The completed sitemap, robots, live-fetch, and blocked-URL checks make repeating basic crawl troubleshooting low value.
- The
site:operator alone is not a complete index test. However, its result combined with zero impressions, no exact-domain result, and a simultaneous domain-wide cutoff is sufficient reason to request a serving review.^4^ - Stable historical positions do not independently prove the current problem is unrelated to ranking or eligibility; once impressions become zero, position data may simply stop providing a current observation.
- The available public information cannot establish whether this is suppression, a quality reevaluation, canonical-host consolidation, or another internal serving state. Support must inspect that data.
Copilot citation loss
Treat the citation drop as corroborating timing, not proof of the same root cause. Microsoft documents that Copilot web search receives information from the Bing search service,^5^ while the AI Visibility Citation dashboard measures selection as a source in AI-generated answers rather than traditional rankings, impressions, or clicks.^6^
Include the synchronized citation drop in the Webmaster escalation, but ask Support to confirm whether it follows the search-serving state rather than asserting that it does.
Bing Places is a separate case
“No data available yet” in Bing Places does not establish the same domain issue. Microsoft directs business-listing questions to the Bing Places portal,^7^ so open or update a separate Places case only if the claimed listing itself is missing, rejected, or incorrect. Keep its case number separate from the Webmaster serving review.
