Hi andy robertson,
I understand how disappointing it is to earn Rewards points and then be unable to use them.
Since several different issues can prevent a redemption, could you please share the exact message shown when you try to redeem and let me know whether this happens with every available reward or only one specific item? Please avoid including any account or contact details.
This is a user-to-user support forum, so contributors cannot view your account or check any restrictions applied to it. However, the exact message and the stage at which the redemption stops will help us determine whether there are any relevant steps you can try or whether the account needs to be reviewed by Microsoft Rewards Support.
I know this isn't the news you were hoping for, but I wanted to make sure you got the most accurate information about your situation. Thank you for your understanding.
