can/will you add file downloading to xbox's, and will you add steam?

can you, and will you add file downloading to xbox's? that way if people have stream decks or colour changing keyboards, they can download the software and add apps to there stream decks or change the colour of there keyboards, and they can also download games from gamejolt, prime example being springlocked at fredbears or five nights at candys, people dont want to have to spend thousands on a pc just to get a game where you could just spend £200 on an xbox and just download it, that way its cheaper, also please add steam, that way if theres games people cant access on the microsoft store, they can still get them on steam
