Hello Eric Armour,
I can see that you can see OneNote content on iPhone app but not accessible on win desktop app
Since you can access the notebook in OneNote for the web and on your iPhone, the notebook itself is still available. The issue appears to be specific to the OneNote desktop app.
Please try the following:
- Open OneNote for the web and make sure you're signed in with the account that has access to the notebook.
- In the OneNote desktop app, go to File > Account and verify that the same Microsoft account is signed in.
- Then go to File > Open. If the notebook is stored on OneDrive, select it under Open from OneDrive and try opening it again.
- If the notebook is already listed in the desktop app but gives the permission error, close that notebook in the desktop app first, then reopen it from OneDrive.
- Once it opens, you can check File > Info > View Sync Status and select Sync Now.
