    Hello Sally Gray,

I can see that you have accidentally lost a one drive file and can't restore it

Since the previous versions of the file are also blank, the next recovery option you can try is Restore your OneDrive.

If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, here what you can do:

    1. Sign in to the OneDrive website using the same Microsoft account.
    2. Select Settings > Options > Restore your OneDrive.
    3. Choose a date/time from before the file became blank.
    4. Review the activity shown and select Restore.

Please note that this restores changes across your OneDrive, not just this individual file, so review the activities carefully before proceeding.

I hope you're able to recover the original file.

Feel free reply back to this post if you need further assistance, I'll be happy to help.
