khi tôi mở powerpoint hoặc word phần mềm luôn hiện lên thông báo lỗi rồi bắt tôi phải thoát ra khỏi ứng dụng ,hoặc khi xem 1 file mà ai đó gửi cho tôi qua word,tôi bấm vào xem được 1 lúc thì hiện thông báo lỗi gì đó bắt tôi thoát hoặc trợ giúp

,tôi bấm vào trợ giúp thì chuyển qua trang này như bây giờ
