Contact the exam delivery partner shown during booking—normally Pearson VUE—because Microsoft directs exam appointment and scheduling errors to the delivery partner’s support team.^1^
What to do
- Open the Credentials support page and select Pearson VUE Support under For Exam appointment and scheduling issues.
- Provide:
- The exam name and code.
- The email associated with your Microsoft Learn profile.
- The approximate date and time of the error.
- The step where it occurred, such as after entering contact details or before payment.
- The screenshot and the complete error text.
- Details of any failed payment attempts.
- Ask support to check whether your Pearson VUE candidate account has a scheduling restriction or requires correction.
If the screenshot contains ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK, a moderator-supported resolution indicates that this typically requires Pearson VUE to remove an account block; it can occur after multiple failed payment attempts.^2^
If Pearson VUE cannot resolve it
