    Bonjour, allez dans Paramètres >> Bluetooth et appareils, puis supprimez les appareils Bose et Sony. Redémarrez le PC, mettez votre casque en mode appairage, puis reconnectez-le via Ajouter un appareil >> Bluetooth.

    Si cela bloque encore, quel message d’erreur s’affiche ?
