Hello Microsoft for Startups Support Team,

I am applying for Microsoft for Startups using a brand-new personal Microsoft account that has never had an Azure subscription or free trial. On the "Build your startup" preview dashboard, when I click "Sign up" under "Unlock $200 in Azure credits", the system forces MFA setup and immediately blocks me with: "You're not eligible for an Azure free account."

Because my account does not yet have an active Azure subscription, the in-portal Help + Support workflow stops at "Troubleshooting: Account Review – No Azure subscriptions were visible" and does not allow me to submit a support ticket. The Your Microsoft Team -> Get program support tile is also not available on the Preview dashboard.

Could a Microsoft moderator please reach out via Private Message so I can share my Microsoft Account email and have my Startup credit eligibility manually unblocked? Thank you!
