Hi Microsoft Support,

I’m experiencing two issues with my Outlook calendar and would appreciate your assistance:

Calendar subscription link: I need to find the subscription/ICS link for my Outlook calendar so that I can subscribe to it from my iPhone. Could you please advise where I can find this link in the new Outlook?

Teams meeting option missing in Outlook: Previously, I was able to create a meeting in Outlook and select Microsoft Teams as the meeting location. However, during the last few weeks, this option has disappeared.

When I create a meeting in Outlook now, I am only given the option to add a physical location, and I can no longer create a Teams meeting directly from Outlook.

Could you please help me restore the Teams meeting option and advise how I can access my calendar subscription link?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi @Ogazi, Chichi Stephanie

You can find the ICS in Settings > Calendar > Shared Calendar.

For the Teams meeting issue, are you missing the Teams toggle?

Screenshot of the Teams meeting toggle in the New event window in new Outlook.

If yes, can you please check the requirements below:

To see the Teams meeting toggle in new Outlook, your computer must meet the following requirements:

    • You must be signed in to both Outlook and Teams with the same work or school account.
    • You must use the new Teams client.

If your computer meets these requirements but you don't see the Teams meeting toggle, use the following steps to force the Teams and Outlook integration:

    1. Close Outlook.
    2. Right-click the Teams icon in the toolbar and select Quit Teams.
    3. Start Teams and sign in.
    4. Start Outlook.
