Problem description

I am experiencing an issue when trying to view the Azure Migrate project blade in the Azure portal. The page fails to load and displays an error: 'can't access property 'details', n.properties is undefined'. The problem began after completing the setup for a test migration scenario involving an AWS server, where the Azure Migrate appliance was deployed in AWS, the server-side client was installed, and the project was configured. Despite the setup appearing functional from the backend, the portal blade fails to load.

Environment

The affected environment includes an Azure Migrate project used for testing a migration from AWS, with the appliance deployed in AWS and the server-side client installed. Specific region details and appliance version are not provided.

What I've already tried

I have completed the initial setup steps, including deploying the Azure Migrate appliance in AWS, configuring it to point to the source server, and installing the required client/agent. The portal error appeared after these steps. I have also reviewed the environment and confirmed the setup appears ready, with the problem limited to viewing the project blade. No additional diagnostic logs or browser console errors are available. I have not tried clearing cache or attempting access from different accounts or browsers.

Current status

Currently, the Azure Migrate project backend reports that the resource returns normal JSON data with HTTP 200 status, and the properties section is fully populated. The issue seems to be a portal rendering problem related to inconsistent or incomplete project metadata, possibly tied to appliance association or resource metadata. I am seeking guidance on further troubleshooting steps or the next actions to resolve the portal error.
