Azure for Students verification completed but subscription activation fails

Hello Microsoft Support,

I recently created a personal Microsoft account to register for Azure for Students.

I received the academic verification email at my university email address and clicked the verification link.

However, when trying to continue the registration, I receive the following error:

"Unable to complete Azure for Students verification. Please try again shortly or contact us."

No Azure for Students subscription has been created.

I also tried to contact Azure Support through the Azure Portal, but received error AADSTS16000 related to the Microsoft Services tenant.

Could you please check whether my academic verification is stuck in an incomplete state, and help complete the activation or reset the verification record if necessary?
