No Cards for Redemption

the India store is out of stock. Even the Overwatch gift card, which was the only option left, is now out of stock too. As a result, we have no way to redeem the points we have earned.

Many of us have collected a large number of points through consistent daily activity, and we have been waiting for more than a year to redeem them. For example, I personally have 36,000 points, but I cannot redeem anything because no gift card is available. Earning points takes steady effort, and it is disappointing to have no rewards available at the end of it.

We kindly request that you:

  1. Restock the gift cards and vouchers that have been removed from the India catalogue.
  2. Add popular shopping gift cards such as Amazon and Croma, so that members can redeem their points for things they actually use.
  3. Add these options without further delay, and let Indian members know when new rewards will be available, so we are not left waiting without any update.

We truly value the Microsoft Rewards program and want to keep taking part. We hope you will look into this soon so that members in India can redeem the points they have worked so hard to earn.

The rewards list may change from time to time, as the Microsoft Rewards team may reduce the number of certain rewards or remove them altogether. This may happen if gift codes run out or a promotion ends.

    Unfortunately, Microsoft Rewards usually doesn't announce when rewards are added to or updated on the list. We can only wait for them to release a new batch of gift codes.

    I recommend contacting rewards support using the "Provide feedback" option on your account dashboard or the link below. This will make the rewards team aware of your concern.
