when i dropdown on the attachment there is no option "download, download all and more action"

I can't save the attachment because there is no "download" option and sometimes when i open to desktop the file doesn't show/not responding.

- As this thread is categorized under the Business tag, does the issue occur on your work/school account, personal account or both?
- Does this issue occur with all attachments or only specific emails/file types?
- Is the behavior affecting only your account, or are other users experiencing the same issue?
- Does the issue only occur on New Outlook for Windows, or also on Classic Outlook, Outlook on the web?
- When did you first notice the issue? Does this feature work as expected before?
- Could you also share a screenshot of the attachment menu after selecting the drop-down arrow on the attachment? Please remove any personal information before uploading images on this public forum to protect your privacy.
In addition, can you confirm whether the "Save as" option is available in the attachment menu, similar to the example shown below?
If the Save as option is not visible, please also include that in the screenshot.
The screenshot and scope information will help determine whether this is an issue with a specific attachment, account, Outlook version, or a broader behavior in the Outlook client.
