Persistent "On the go?" error in Microsoft Rewards

Hello, I have had the "on the go" error in Microsoft Rewards, for three weeks when trying to redeem certain gift cards.
I have submitted 5 support tickets, spoken to two agents in the contact portal, do not use nor have ever used a VPN/proxy, have remained in the same U.S. region, have tried across various browsers including the app, have no known strikes on my account, have not redeemed any points for the past five months, and have simply tried waiting it out.
The five support tickets I submitted throughout the past three weeks, I got from the direct Microsoft Rewards contact support link and from agents who provided me with the same link. From this I received the same automated answer regarding VPN usage. One of the support agents advised me to reply to my latest email which I did immediately after I received it, and still have not received a response after a week. I feel as though I am out of options and finally found this forum, so I would greatly, greatly appreciate it if anyone has any advice or solution.

Apologies that I wasn't able to provide any more help. Hopefully it will get resolved for you though.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

However, as this is an open forum I'm afraid that no one here would be able to help with Rewards issues. As you mentioned you've already completed the form located here https://rewards.bing.com/support with no luck there may not be much left that could be done.

What I can suggest you try though would be to turn off your device then unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear any possible issues. I'd also like to recommend contacting your ISP to check if they've applied a VPN to your account. I know that when I first got my connection my ISP had me listed in a completely different region for a while.
