Do you mean the list of recommendations under System > Power & battery > Energy recommendations? If so, there is no option to disable this page or turn off all the recommendations at once. This page displays various power-saving suggestions based on the settings available in Windows. You will need to review and apply or dismiss each recommendation individually, depending on the available options. That said, is there an option you couldn't turn off or change from the suggestions?
