Hello Microsoft Rewards Support Team,

I'm reaching out because I'm hoping you can help me resolve an issue with a recent Microsoft Rewards redemption.

I redeemed my hard-earned Microsoft Rewards points for a Roblox reward worth approximately $5, believing I would be able to use it with Roblox on my Windows PC. After redeeming it, I realized that the reward was intended for Xbox, and since I don't own an Xbox console, I haven't been able to use it. I also haven't redeemed or used the reward itself.

I understand that Rewards redemptions are generally final, and I respect that Microsoft has policies in place. However, this was an honest mistake, and I'm hoping there's some flexibility in this situation, especially since the reward remains unused.

I already submitted a refund request, but it was declined. I would really appreciate it if someone could take another look at my case rather than having it end with the initial decision.

My preferred solution would be to have the points I spent returned to my Microsoft Rewards account. If that's not possible, I'd be grateful for an alternative, such as exchanging the reward for something compatible with my Windows PC.

I enjoy using Microsoft Rewards, and I'd appreciate any help your team can offer. I know this is a relatively small redemption, but the points represent time and effort I've put into earning them, so I'd genuinely appreciate the opportunity to resolve this fairly.

When contacting them, please provide your previous case number and clearly mention that the reward has not been redeemed or used.
