Hi Tj H,
I understand how difficult this must be after being locked out for so long, especially when the account contains purchases and an Xbox profile you have used for many years.
From your description, the main issue is that you no longer have access to either of the security verification methods associated with the account. Unfortunately, this is a user-to-user support forum, and forum contributors and support agents cannot manually bypass account verification, change the security information, or restore access to an account.
Since the account was locked due to suspicious activity, please check the message displayed when you try to sign in:
- If it contains a link beginning with aka.ms/, use that specific link to submit an account reinstatement request. After submitting it, avoid sending duplicate requests because this may delay the review.
- If no such link appears, try the Microsoft account Sign-in Helper.
If you are directed back to the recovery form, review Microsoft’s guidance for completing the account recovery form before submitting it again. If possible, submit it from a device and location previously used with the account and include accurate Xbox-related information, such as the gamertag, console details, previous passwords, and purchase information requested by the form.
I realize you have already made many recovery attempts, but these are the only secure channels available for verifying ownership. I hope the reinstatement or Sign-in Helper process can direct your case to the appropriate review path. Thank you so much for your understanding.
