Someone contacted microsoft to try and get info related to my account. I need to discuss this.

I have an email from Microsoft dated 10-14-26 with a case number. Some was trying to sign into my account and didn't have the passkey any longer and the phone number had changed. I need to discuss this. I did not send this email. I have all the correct credentials to get into my account and i need to know if Microsoft gave that info out! I am infuriated at this point.
