    If you purchased it directly from Microsoft, contact Microsoft Support to request a refund:

    https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select the product > Get Home Support > Type billing > Sign in to Contact Support > Select the product and then click Chat with support agent in web browser.

    If you purchased it from another retailer, please contact that seller instead.
