It keeps giving me this and takes me to the blue screen when I hit enter. I have connected it to the internet several times already and it's on his loop. 1214 How do I solve this? I did jail break because even though I had the same Gen CPU as one that could run 11 it wasn't the right type.

Remove the latest Windows update from the recovery menu first; reconnecting to the internet is unnecessary because the screen already provides access to Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE).

    1. Uninstall the update

    1. On the displayed screen, press Enter.
    2. Select Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Uninstall Updates.
    3. Select Uninstall latest quality update.
    4. Let it finish, then restart the computer.

Windows supports removing a recently installed update directly from Windows RE when Windows cannot start.^1^

If that option reports that the update cannot be removed, return to Advanced options rather than repeatedly retrying it.

    2. Restore the system without deleting personal files

    Select:

Troubleshoot → Advanced options → System Restore

Choose the newest restore point created before the update. System Restore rolls back Windows system files and settings without removing personal files.^2^

If no restore point exists or restoration fails, proceed to the next step.

If Windows requests a BitLocker recovery key, that key is required to use certain recovery tools on an encrypted device.^2^

    3. Reset Windows while keeping personal files

    Select:

Troubleshoot → Reset this PC → Keep my files

    Then choose:

    • Cloud download if Windows RE can establish a connection.
    • Local reinstall if networking remains unavailable.

Keep my files reinstalls Windows and preserves documents, photos, and other personal files, but removes installed applications and resets settings. Do not choose Remove everything unless the files are backed up and can be erased.^3^

During the reset, the screen can remain black for an extended period and the computer can restart itself. Do not manually power it off while the reset is running.^3^

    4. If the recovery menu or reset fails

Create Windows 11 installation media on another working computer:

    1. Obtain a blank USB drive with at least 8 GB. Creating the media deletes everything currently on that USB drive.
    2. Download and run Microsoft’s Windows 11 Media Creation Tool.
    3. Choose Create installation media and write it to the USB drive.^4^
    4. Connect it to the affected computer and boot from the USB. The manufacturer’s boot-menu key is commonly shown briefly when the computer starts.
    5. At Windows Setup, select Next → Repair my PC, not Install now.
    6. Try Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Uninstall Updates or System Restore again. Installation media can boot the computer into Windows RE even when its built-in recovery environment is damaged.^2^

If none of those recovery options works, back up important files before performing a clean installation. A clean installation can erase applications, settings, and data, depending on the partitions selected.
