Hey all, this is my first forum post. I have reached out to Microsoft services, and they keep telling me the same thing over and over. It appears they do not bother to read the things I write.

I have disabled VPNs, attempted to redeem from my own home internet and other connections. I have no proxies enabled. I live in the US. My microsoft system says that my billing address is in the US. Yet I still cannot redeem.

Microsoft support keeps telling me:
"Thank you for contacting Microsoft Rewards Support. I understand that you are seeing rewards from a different region than expected. Please note that Microsoft Rewards points can only be redeemed in the country or region where they were earned. To redeem your points successfully, please ensure that you are accessing Microsoft Rewards from the same region where your points were accumulated. Additionally, please verify that you are not using a VPN, proxy, or any service that masks your IP address, as this may prevent the system from detecting your actual location correctly."

It appears this is an automated response.

Please help me

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

It seems as though you've already contacted the Rewards Support Team via the form located here https://rewards.bing.com/support. I'm afraid that is the best option to get help regarding Rewards issues. However, you did mention that your VPN is turned off. That makes me wonder if you'd had it turned on while completing some quests.

If this is the case then it may be that the points you earned during that time may not be eligible. My suggestion here would be to contact them again but suggest this possibility and be sure to ask if they can make sure your account and all available rewards are set properly to the US.
