Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello @Annette Mckinney ,
Good day! I hope you are doing well.
Please note that moderators on this forum do not have access to customer accounts, billing information, or subscription management tools. Therefore, I'm unable to view your subscription details or cancel a subscription on your behalf.
Before I can provide the most appropriate guidance, could you please clarify the following:
- What is the exact name of your subscription (for example: Microsoft 365 for Business/Enterprise/Education...)?
- Do you still have access to the Microsoft 365 admin account associated with the subscription?
- Are you able to sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center?
- Was the subscription purchased directly from Microsoft or through a reseller/partner?
- Are you looking to cancel only the subscription, or do you also want the associated business tenant/account closed?
- Do you have any business data (emails, OneDrive files, SharePoint files) that you would like to retain before cancellation?
In the meantime, if you still have access to the admin account, you can attempt to cancel the subscription through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center under Billing > Your products by selecting the applicable subscription and following the cancellation prompts.
For more detailed guidance, please check: Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn
Thank you and I look forward to your response.
Kind Regards.
