The Confirmation ID for Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 is not provided separately and cannot be generated manually. It is issued by Microsoft's activation system after your Installation ID has been validated.

In this case, please try contacting the Microsoft Product Activation Center to verify whether telephone activation is available for your Office Professional Plus 2021 license. If the license was purchased through a Microsoft partner or another authorized reseller, I recommend contacting the seller or partner that provided the license. They should be able to verify the license and assist you with the appropriate activation method.

If you cannot use the telephone activation, I recommned you try using Microsoft Product Activation Portal. Microsoft has changed the activation process for many perpetual-license products. Since December 2025, the traditional automated telephone activation service has largely been migrated to the Microsoft Product Activation Portal.
