product key wont work , says unvailable

i purchased the my personal micro soft subscription , i was given the product key, however , whenever i tried to insert it keeps saying system unavailable and somewhere it asks me to purchase another subscription

    If that process is not successful, what version of Office did you purchase, is that a subscription to Microsoft 365 or a standalone version of Office like Office 2024 and if so, is that Office Home 2024, Pro Plus 2024 or LTSC 2024?
