Restore task credits for failed Copilot builds

Task C3ggST38ytzXUpkGMbuDp contains two failed builds followed by one successful rebuild. The failures are fully documented inside the task. The first two attempts produced broken JavaScript, exposed template literals, and a non-functional UI with no sidebar or working tabs. Only the third attempt produced a usable deliverable. Because the rebuilds were correcting failed outputs, they should not consume additional monthly tasks. I'd like restored the extra task credits used due to the two failed builds.
