I am not able to see all my courses and badges at profile site.

Use these checks for missing courses, badges, or certifications on a Microsoft Learn profile:

1. Confirm the correct Learn profile is signed in.
   • Missing achievements often happen when multiple Learn profiles exist under different sign-in accounts.
   • Try signing in with any other Microsoft account that may have been used for training or exam registration.
2. Check the correct profile areas.
   • Go to the Learn profile page and review:
     • Achievements for badges, trophies, and XP
     • Transcript for training and credential completion history
     • Credentials for certifications and Applied Skills
3. Allow for delayed progress display.
   • Progress can take a few seconds to register. Refresh the page after a short wait.
4. Try browser troubleshooting.
   • Open the site in an InPrivate/private browsing window.
   • If needed, clear browser cache and cookies.
   • If badges or trophies are missing after completion, try a different browser.
5. If educator training history is missing after migration from Microsoft Educator Center, sign in to Learn with the exact same credentials used for MEC and complete the migration prompt if it appears.
6. Check known limitations.
   • Exams and certifications earned through Certiport do not currently appear in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed separately through the Certiport account.
   • Some older legacy certifications may no longer appear in customer Learn profiles.
7. If items are still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
