Microsoft Rewards support form redirects to suspension page — unable to submit an appeal

Hello,

A Microsoft live support agent directed me to Microsoft Q&A because I cannot access the Microsoft Rewards support form from the affected account.

The issue

My primary account’s Microsoft Rewards access has been suspended for a long time. When I sign in to that account and open the Rewards support page, I am redirected to a suspension notice before I can access or submit the form.

What happened when I contacted support

Because the affected account could not access the form, I used a separate Microsoft account solely to contact support about this issue.

I explained which account was actually suspended, but I received the same response twice stating that the account associated with the service request was not linked to the reported issue.

This leaves me unable to submit a request from the affected account, while requests made through the contact account cannot proceed because of the account mismatch.

What I need help with

What is the official procedure for verifying ownership of the affected account and submitting a suspension-review request when that account cannot access the support form?

I understand that community members may not be able to review or reverse a Rewards suspension. I am asking for help resolving the support-access and account-verification barrier so that the appropriate team can consider my request.

Please address this barrier rather than only referring me back to the same Rewards support page or suggesting another account, as those approaches have already resulted in the problems described above.

If a Microsoft moderator can report or refer this support-access issue to the appropriate team, please explain the next step. If that is not possible through Q&A, please clarify whether there is a documented alternative procedure.

I have existing support correspondence and can provide the affected account details and case numbers through an appropriate official private channel. I am not posting personal account information publicly.

Thank you.

    Hi, Bing withyou

Microsoft Q&A is a public, community-based forum. Moderators here cannot access Rewards account records, verify ownership, reverse a suspension, or privately forward account details to the Rewards team. The official channel remains Microsoft Rewards Customer Support.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

Open an InPrivate window, sign out of every Microsoft account, then sign in only with the suspended account before opening the Rewards support form. Temporarily disable any VPN, proxy, ad blocker, or privacy extension.

If it still redirects, contact general Microsoft Support again, but describe the case specifically as a technical access problem with the Rewards support form, not as a request to overturn the suspension.

Ask the agent to record the redirect, the date and time it occurred, the previous case numbers, and the fact that requests from another account are rejected because of an account mismatch. Request a secure upload or private verification method if one is available.

Keep all follow-up under one existing case where possible. Repeated new submissions may create duplicate cases and delay review.

Unfortunately, there's no documented alternate Rewards appeal form or public escalation route. Please do not post the affected email address, screenshots containing personal details, or case numbers here.
