    Hi, @Yaldar Taher

If you haven't already, please close all open Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat windows, then reopen Acrobat and try "Create Multiple Files" again.

Please avoid lowering the Office security level or enabling all macros globally.

If the error still persists, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. Does this happen only with Word files, or also with Excel/PowerPoint files?
    2. Can you convert one of the same files to PDF individually without the error?
    3. What is the exact full error message? Please provide a screenshot if possible.
    4. Which version of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft 365/Office are you using?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!

You may have to get help from Adobe for this error, or from an Adobe discussion forum.
